Lan Game Goodness.. and Door hanging
Feb. 9th, 2004 04:53 pmSaturday we did the geeky thing and played Lan games.
6 geeks in an apartment with their best computers all hooked in together killing each other. We figure we can fit anther two people into the apartment if we have the interest.
Worked quite well actually..
Started at midday and finished at middnight
Call of Duty, and Ghost Recon mainly. Operation Flashpoint was also on the books but we dont have enough copies... (it has fade.. it CANT be cracked.. it will crash if coppied and played on the Lan in a LAN game..)
At least geeking it up like that is an alright distraction from other matters...
Sunday I wandered around to Sams house. I was bored. I got there just as he was stairing at a bunch of doors he didnt know how to hang properly. Spent the next 6 hours hanging doors for him and generally chatting. hes the kind of guy who loves his powertools at the expense of his basic tools. Must. *thwap* get *thwap* a real *thwap* chissel *thwaps*
